爽脆的青蘋果香氣迸發而出，伴隨白花、橙皮、烤杏仁與奶油糕點的細緻風味， 令人著迷。酒體飽滿濃郁，蘊含充滿活力的酸度，以及白堊土賦予的礦石氣息，一路延綿至尾韻不斷。

席哈採收自兩塊面朝東南的葡萄園Vignacci Alta (Pereta)與Bozzino (Istia d’Ombrone)。全數去梗後，短暫浸皮約3個小時，進行輕柔的壓榨後，移至不鏽鋼槽中進行發酵。之後進行4個月的培醞，以保有果實風味與活力。粉紅色澤，帶有玫瑰花香氣，小顆的紅色漿果，清新的風格，是義大利人最喜愛的開胃酒。
