Field Frames allowed Raw Color to reuse the smallest left overs of Planum that have been remains of the previous projects Chroma Columns and Quarantine Quilts in which bigger pieces have been applied

The piece is produced in The Netherlands and the material is 100% recyclable acrylic

This resulted in a series of more than 200 small prints and 8 big prints creating series of tonal and multicoloured combinations

Solids & Strokes – Small – Blues print Field Frames allowed Raw ColorSolids & Strokes is an exploration into printing and its possibilities to generate a diversity of colour combinations. Basic compositions of solid rectangles and stroked rectangles are overprinted onto each other. Based on a script like logic and matrix a set of 16 hues is applied to achieve the biggest variety possible. This resulted in a series of more than 200 small prints and 8 big prints creating series of tonal and multicoloured combinations.
