葡萄來自Rilly-la Montagne一級村超過50歲老藤，使用橡木桶發酵約10個月。檸檬黃光澤，氣泡非常細緻。因為高比例的夏多內，使得這款香檳在開瓶後就展現奶油、蛋黃醬、糖漬鳳梨、荳蔻、白胡椒等豐富香氣。隨時間轉化為堅果、果仁糖、榛果、肉桂、薑餅的風味。始終帶有明顯的礦物感。成熟的口感，獨特的酒款個性。較少的Dosage更加強尾韻的俐落度與爽口感，純淨的風味，尾韻極長。適合搭配魚子醬、龍蝦、白肉。
