2008 $1 100 Years of Australia's Original Coat of Arms "B,C,M & S" Counterstamp carded coin Style:S - Sydney mintmark Finish : UncirculatedOn 7th May 1908, King Edward VII granted a Coat of Arms to the Commonwealth of Australia. The reverse design of this 2008 $1 coin is a representation of the 1908 Coat of Arms consisting of a shield incorporating the Cross of St George with a seven pointed star on a wreath as the crest above it.
