4公頃的葡萄園。樹齡已經80歲以上。產率控制在45 hl/ha。土壤由砂質與沖積土組成。手工採收後進行人工篩選，在控溫的水泥槽中下進行10~15天的浸泡(二氧化碳浸漬法)，只透過原生酵母發酵，不添加任何SO2，持續培養10個月。

36公頃的單一葡萄園，混合少部分的夏多內，同時採收混合釀造。使用50%的橡木桶與50%不銹鋼槽，保留新鮮的果實風味，並表現出奔放的花香特性。
