在橡木桶中培養18個月，並根據年分決定新桶比例，一般來說落在20％至30％。

手工採收，手工選果後全數除梗，移轉到發酵槽。進行6~7天冷浸泡，5~7天的發酵，10~14天的發酵後浸泡。橡木桶帶渣培養12個月，全數來自法國，多種尺寸，30%的新桶比例。​裝瓶前不澄清，輕微過濾。

地塊Les Hautes Maizières緊鄰村中的超一級園Les Suchots，不過富含更多的黏土比例，因此造就出全村最厚實的酒體之一。40%整串釀造，橡木桶(20-30%新桶)培養18個月。散發成熟的覆盆子、紅櫻桃與紅李香氣，挾帶一絲細緻的木質調芬芳。口感多汁純淨，酒體由堅實的酸度所架構，餘韻伴隨淡淡的鹹感。
