製程：80% 不銹鋼槽、20% 舊橡木桶。

2015 酒款評分：Burghound 92-94

葡萄來自南隆河區七塊高海拔的葡萄園。85% 除梗，以長時間冷浸泡取代機器萃取。使用琺瑯塗層的水泥槽發酵培養，嚴格控制氧氣接觸，培養時間長達5年。2016年才裝瓶後，之後又再繼續酒窖熟成2年釋出。總計培養了7年的 Côtes du Rhône，顛覆常識。
