Made from 100% domestic(Japan), additive free Rokujo barley. It is made by the Kawahara Seifun jo, established in 1940, using Tokyo Handa en's original slightly deep roasted method. It can be brewed with water to produce a strong water colour, and the rich aroma and gentle taste unique to the sand oven roasting method can be enjoyed. As it is caffeine free, it is safe
