A definite contrast with the 2018: much brighter acide, have aged much better. This wine is an absolute tank. Nine years in, and it is still going very strong. The acidity is still up there, the definition is still really precise, and the evolution is just clean. Pure. Youre getting a bit of richness now, but it still carries that beautiful Niagara on the Lake expression, and for sure the Icecellars Chardonnay house style.
