2019 Saxon Trebuchet Meritage wine but I am projecting aFresh, vibrant and fruity. I enjoyed it for the purity of the fruits. The plum and red cherry are the dominant aromas. The palate is filled with cherry cola, plums and a touch of graphite and white pepper. What struck me with this wine is the low alcohol level (only 12. 8%) without being light and boring. A Meritage with a great length and complexity focused on fruit purity instead of richness and power. This is very enjoyable!!!! Unoaked Meritage
