採收自Saint-Bris村中一塊面朝南邊的葡萄園。100%種植黑皮諾葡萄。手工採收後，100%去梗，琺瑯槽中先進行冷浸泡，再導入控溫設備中進行發酵，期間不做任何踩皮萃取，僅在發酵期間每天採用一次淋汁方式。槽中帶渣培養8個月後裝瓶。

酒莊最具代表性的酒款。第一印象就是飽滿的果實感與醇厚的風味，呈現出酒莊作為Bouzy最知名的代表性RM酒莊的堅強實力。

位於白丘的Cuis一級村，單一葡萄園「Les Nogers」，平均樹齡50歲底層由高比例的白堊土構成，面朝東方，最適合夏多內的生長。並且因位於坡頂的位置，充滿俐落堅實的礦物感。具有熱帶水果，葡萄柚，有核水果等豐富的香氣層次，輕盈，芬芳，尾韻優雅的延伸。
