The palate shows ripe fruit-forward characters of cherry and wild plum and the ripe rounded finish is balanced by fresh bramble acidity

Peppers stuffed with jasmine rice or tabouleh is a great match too

Catalan Eagle Red 14.5% 75cl Spirits dried gingerWeighty with sweet ripe blackberry and raspberry fruit and warm vanilla oak spice. The oak contact gives this wine a new world feel whilst remaining firmly and typically Spanish from the character of old vine Grenache and Carinena. Smooth, ripe tannins mean the wine can be drunk on its own but particularly good with barbecued meats and chorizo sausage feasts.
