Grapes are harvested at night to retain freshness, then fermented on the skins and left to macerate for 10 15 days to extract colour, flavour and tannins. Pale orange in colour with aromas of tropical fruit, hazelnut and apple. The palate is well structured with sweet tannins and good acidity which complement the complex fruit flavours of dried orange
