風土：Morey Saint Denis介於Gevrey Chambertin與Chambolle Musigny中間的小村莊，卻是行家才知道的藏寶處，兼具陽剛與陰柔的平衡風格。特級園與一級園的面積，甚至比村莊級還要多，水準極高且品質穩定。

釀造：不刻意採取低溫浸泡，根據經驗調整溫度，僅使用天然酵母，發酵時平均每天一次的踩皮，初期有時加上淋汁處理，避免過度萃取。新桶比例相當低，即便一級園也僅約15%。

風土：Nuits Saint Georges夜丘區第一大村，聚集眾多酒商與酒莊，也是拜訪布根地的愛酒人士絕不會錯過的重要村莊。村北臨接Vosne Romanee風格華麗，村南獨特的土壤，更造就本地堅強的酒體架構與陳年實力。
