Translucent golden hue with complex notes of lemon, nuts, and discreet minerality. Medium bodied, dry, crisp, and tight, exhibiting subtle and tart lemony and apple notes with strong, almost piercing acidity and a slight streak of salinity. Pairs well with shellfish, fish and white meats. It is recommended to be served between 8 10C.
