葡萄園位在朝東與東南的斜坡，海拔約為220~270公尺。土壤為砂質土，富含石塊。葡萄藤主要種植於1970~2000年，依葡萄品種分別採收，置於控溫的不銹鋼槽內進行發酵，採用淋汁方式萃取，後轉至大型橡木桶進行維持一年的發酵，裝瓶後再進行一年的瓶中熟成才出廠。
