特級園Bonnes Mares橫跨Morey Saint Denis村，以及Chambolle Musigny村，土壤以石灰質黏土組成。葡萄種植於1920年。超過百歲的老藤依然能夠產出風味集中的果實，保有其細緻複雜度的同時，所釀造出來的酒款兼具力道與優雅，足以代表酒莊的上乘之作。

風土：Gevrey Chambertin村是夜丘菁華區的起點，這裏有高達九座特級園(Grand Cru)，為全布根地之冠，更相傳拿破崙最喜好這個地方所生產的酒，因此也被稱為「王者之村」。貝日園Clos de Bèze為村中最早也最知名的特級園，最早時由貝日教會擁有，故有此名。比起相鄰的特級園Chambertin地勢更為平緩，風格更為細緻多變。
