Intricately hand worked in silks with delicate gold thread embroidery this panel has a central monograms with decorative floral motifs on a pale cream silk satin ground. This panel may have been part of a bed set and was probably made for a pillow or as a runner for a dressing table. This is a wonderful example of embroidery from this era and would
