Les Brûlées意為「焦灼」，直白地闡述了此處的風土特徵與酒款風格：葡萄成熟度高，香氣集中度高，帶有些許辛辣感，是Vosne Romanée村飽滿濃郁、風味複雜、結構平衡的典範。40%整串釀造。無論是在香氣還是在口感，都是礦物風味主導，有許多蜜餞、紅色水果、酸櫻桃，伴隨一些胡椒香料氣息。
