However, it also gives all your spells cascade, meaning when you cast a spell, you exile cards from the top of your library until you pull a nonland card that costs less than the original spell, and cast it for free

I'm not sure if it'll stay in the $15 range, but this card certainly merits a steeper price tag and would be a great pull from a booster pack
