While the mana cost is quite heavy, Zendikar Resurgent doubles your mana and draws cards whenever a creature is cast

For four mana, when this 3/3 Human enters the battlefield, you create a number of 1/1 Human tokens equal to the number of times Jirina has been cast

That goes double for a Niv-Mizzet, VisionaryNiv-Mizzet, Visionary deck, where the more efficient burn spell you could be playing instead for one mana will draw you more cards to get more burn spells and keep the whole cycle going

It's hardly a wincon on its own, but to get small advantages, be it from your graveyard or your opponents

Pair it with something that has a strong enter the battlefield effect, particularly those that let you untap lands, and youll have yourself an infinite mana loop in no time
