Description

It may not be flashy, but when you need a problem to be dealt with Encrust will fit the bill pretty nicely

Beginning with Exodus (which was released in 1998), Wizards of the Coast began color-coding expansion symbols to indicate a cards rarity

This will stick around for several turns and gives you a reliable blocker thats incredibly annoying to remove

The cards appear in 1 in 12 Set Boosters, with 1 in every Collector Booster

Something that could be a sliver also appears in the side story Grasp in the Dark by RJ Taylor, but its speculation at best, as the creatures description is too vague
