5 part yugioh card EXODIA THE FORBIDDEN ONE CARDS SET ASIA ENGLISH ES01 ULTIMATE RARE This selection is distinguished by its inclusion of key cards that have made significant impacts in competitive play Totem Five | Yu-Gi-Oh! Wiki

So, on its own, I would not recommend using this card in a deck, I say this because Hippopotas is slow to attack requiring at least two energy cards and is even worse on the retreat requiring three energy cards

You can also follow up your attack with its secondary ability Scratching Nails, and deal a fatal blow to your opponents Pokemon

Once it is destroyed at 0 attack points, Divine Serpent Geh is summoned to the field.

Deny Existence: Dissipate at common, same casting cost, but single blue instead of double blue mana

Because of its gameplay usage, its rarity, and how stunning the artwork is, Ns Plan has a $164.99 market price on TCGPlayer
