mtg shrine commander deck Shrines - on a Budget - Only $75 - 5-Color Sanctum of All Commander MTG Deck Guide: Go-Shintai

Surprised its on here

Its a strong and versatile tool in many decks, and a competent enough commander, too

At that point, Belle & Beast Certain as the Sun surviving two turns is probably going to be enough to win any given game of Disney Lorcana outright, which is more than enough to make it the hottest chase card in all of Attack of the Vine

For five mana, one of each color, you can go digging through your deck for a legendary permanent card with a mana value less than Sisays power

A better way of thinking about this is perhaps to say that it scales well with dead cards as that communicates better how to use it to your advantage
