The first is the new card templating
Both very playable and good at what you want them for but not a complete cover all so as to make life easy but dull
You get any threat of nearly any card type or mana cost for
Any triggers that produce tokens are extra good here because Tokens are our other theme: Blade of the Bloodchief, Elenda, the Dusk Rose, Ob Nixilis, Unshackled, Yahenni, Undying Partisan, Meadowboon, Beatdown: Corpse Augur, Dark Prophecy, Gate to the Afterlife, Grim Haruspex, Harvester of Souls, Heirloom Blade, Matter Reshaper, Midnight Reaper, Skullclamp, Treasure Keeper, Bloodtracker Card Advantage: Blood Artist, Falkenrath Noble, Kokusho, the Evening Star, Zulaport Cutthroat Drain: : Black Market, Cathodion, Pitiless Plunderer, Revel in Riches, Solemn Simulacrum, Su-Chi, Boreas Charger Ramp Abyssal Gatekeeper, Archon of Justice, Ashen Rider, Ashes of the Abhorrent, Butcher of Malakir, Dictate of Erebos, Grave Pact, Havoc Demon, Massacre Wurm, Teysa, Orzhov Scion, Vengeant Vampire, Vindictive Lich, Night Incarnate Removal: Athreos, God of Passage, Body Snatcher, Demon of Dark Schemes, Dutiful Attendant, Junk Diver, Myr Retriever, Toshiro Umezawa, Workshop Assistant Recursion: Dead Man's Chest Theft: Belfry Spirit, Flesh Carver, Hallowed Spiritkeeper, Mausoleum Guard, Murder Investigation, Ogre Slumlord, Open the Graves, Overseer of the Damned, Pawn of Ulamog, Requiem Angel, Sifter of Skulls, Wurmcoil Engine, Xathrid Necromancer, Grixis Slavedriver, Twilight Drover Tokens: Academy Rector, Arena Rector, Bitterheart Witch Tutors: Deathrender, Dross Scorpion, Thornbite Staff, Yosei, the Morning Star Utility: Sacrifice Outlets Playing a bunch of cards with sweet death triggers aren't going to do us much good if creatures aren't dying
I suppose its cute that it scales into a threat for landfall decks, but Id pass every time
