All Standard decklists for the tournament will be published on Pro Tour Magic: The Gathering FINAL FANTASY at the start of Round 4 on Friday, June 20, around 2 p.m
The other big new addition to the deck is Orcish Bowmasters, which is technically another black turn spell, dealing damage when it enters the battlefield or when our opponent draws extra cards
But its a very archetypal aristocrats card and a very simple way to get started in the archetype
The first thing Delney does is make it so that your creatures with two power or less cant be blocked by creatures that have three power or more
We dont have to make Universes Beyond cards that are simple - we just have to pick moments that are recognizable, and theyll be easy for fans to understand. As for how exactly they translate those moments and the world around them into a Magic set, Head Designer Mark Rosewater tells me Magics color pie is robust enough that we have the ability to show heroism and villainy in all five colors. As an example, Rosewater says Spider-Man would be white, blue, and green (although the specific version in the Scene Box above is only those first two)
