You commit a crime as you cast a spell, activate an ability, or put a triggered ability on the stack that targets one or more of the following: An opponent A spell or ability an opponent controls A permanent an opponent controls A card in an opponent's graveyard If a spell or ability doesn't target anything on that list, it's not a crime, even if it targets something like an opponent's card in exile or has a sinister-sounding name that would be a felony in many jurisdictions
Based off of my pre-grade judgement, grades tended to be harsher on the cheaper cards, and more lenient on higher end cards
It gets lifelink as an evergreen keyword on the occasional big creature, as noted on two of the previous options, but it also has other ways to gain life throughout a normal game
While your opponent is still preparing, you can switch one of their Benched Pokemon out so you can attack without worrying about Galarian Cursola's Ability triggering
If we were in an era that favored creatureless control more, Id say this would make more of an impact
