Description

It's great in an Urza Lord High Artificer deck playing a Winter Orb

Printed in 1996

Youll have an early blocker and an evasive creature that can wear an aura or a good piece of equipment, not to mention the possible benefits with mechanics like metalcraft or affinity

Decent value in EOE Limited, but Im skeptical elsewhere

It was an experiment in creating a 'pack-cracking experience' rather than a draft-optimised product, and it split the player base between those who loved the bonus slots and those who found the randomness frustrating
