Gate synergies typically lean on having a critical mass of gates, either to make cards like Glaive of the Guildpact more powerful or to enable synergies with cards like Nine-Fingers Keene and Maze's End

Its also the largest number of cards milled by any one mana spell in the format, which increases chances of getting one of the payoff duo we want to collect: Narcomoeba + Prized Amalgam or Silversmote Ghoul + Creeping Chill

First strike and double strike are the most obvious examples because they can let your creatures survive combat to attack all over again on later turns

I know Ill be on the lookout for new ideas in the coming weeks, so if any cards that stand out for you, be sure to let me know on Twitter at @Rappaciousone

Crobat V DAA 182 is around 10 dollars more for the same thing, but if youre looking for selling or trading fodder, its worth investing in one or two in addition to the cheaper option
