the only critique i can gave him, since the effect trigger from all action the adding cards (drawing and searching) including your normal draw on draw phase i think you can tone down the effect by making it only trigger on card addition other than normal draw it will more fair this way Turtle is another overpowered card, you may ask "but it can't loop with itself since it has except this card on the tag out effect" well you partially right, since it can't summon itself...but it CAN summon other turtle
This card can attack each monster your opponent controls once each, but any Battle Damage inflicted by this card is halved
