mtg best new capenna cards Falco Spara, Pactweaver – Streets of COTD Put the rest on the bottom of your library in a random order Streets of New Capenna Review:

Its quite handy that this wizard triggers off any noncreature spell rather than just instants or sorceries, as it lets you burn your opponents while it sets up defenses with cards like Meekstone and Crawlspace

Use him when your opening hand doesnt have the songs or characters you want, or later on when you need to change strategy

In the greatest strategic trading card game of all time, no less

There are certain ways to cheat your commander into your hand from the command zone, and Stegron, the Dinosaur Man is not worth the time to do so

Shifting Ceratops You don't see this MTG dinosaur card making the rounds much anymore, but Shifting Ceratops is an excellent, efficiently-costed creature with an ability that acts like a utility belt and can handle any situation
