What puts Power Hungry on my list is just how powerful and consistent and deep it is
Not only does this really slow down your opponent but it costs them a draw which very punishing early against tempo based decks
It gets into the design process behind these cards, and offers up some really interesting insight into how all pop culture deals with Greek mythology
Starting at the bottom: $0-$1: Delver of Secrets Remember that time I played a Delver t1 and I was going to win, except theres no Wasteland or Daze to protect it and pressure their resources, and everyones playing a fair deck, so my counterspells sucked, and when I tried to flip it, I couldnt for five turns in a row, because theres no card selection, so I had a 1/1 for 1 that matched up poorly against his Lightning Bolts and Tarmogoyfs, so I lost with this deck, as I always do, but I continued to play it anyway because its a blue deck and BLUE DECKS CANT POSSIBLY BE BAD??? (Honorable mention: Skullcrack, Tempest of Light / Back to Nature, Treasure Mage) $1-$3: Serum Visions In Magic writing, there are lies, damned lies, and Zac Hill on Serum Visions: The only card that isnt obviously absurd is Serum Visions, but Ill go ahead and remind you that if you simply reverse the order of the abilities on the card, its good enough to get banned
In reality, Blim is a bit of a hack, but the drinks are always cheap and the heckling opportunities are always bountiful
