This is perhaps the weakest of the legendary spirit dragon effects, but it's still very potent.
Here are some of my favorites: Ezuri, Claw of Progress, Oathsworn Giant, Tower Defense, Bar the Door, Solidarity, Accorder's Shield, Cathar's Shield, Slagwurm Armor, Warmonger's Chariot, Dragon Throne of Tarkir, Hold the Gates, Spidersilk Armor, Builder's Blessing, Sight of the Scalelords Beatdown: Abzan Beastmaster, Ulvenwald Observer, Mentor of the Meek Card Draw: Marble Titan, Meekstone, Ensnaring Bridge, Crackdown Disruption: Tetsuko Umezawa, Fugitive, Writ of Passage, Sidar Kondo of Jamuraa Evasion: Trostani, Selsenya's Voice, Angelic Chorus Lifegain: Meishin, the Mind Cage, Eland Umbra Protection: Reveillark, Dusk // Dawn, Colfenor's Urn Recursion: Elspeth, Sun's Champion, Retribution of the Meek, Slaughter the Strong, Fell the Mighty, Wave of Reckoning, Solar Tide, Dusk // Dawn Removal: Blink Subtheme Arcades, the Strategist lets us draw a card whenever a defender enters the battlefield, so it's tempting to go all-in on that ETB trigger by running Panharmonicon for double the triggers and stuff like Brago, King Eternal and Momentary Blink for maximum value
[Lightning] Rear Kick 20
The Bad Wolf arc also makes an appearance on saga card The Parting of the Ways, which allows the player to add time counters before time travelling twice - using the sets time travel mechanic to add or remove time counters from suspended and permanent cards (with a token)
Also, since the overall power level of Modern is dramatically lower compared to Legacy and Vintage, the 2 for 1 for countering a medium-power non creature spell is often not worth it
