Description

DOMINARIA UNITED: COMMANDER The Dominaria United Commander decks are fun and interesting builds, with Commanders that, while powerful, dont break the game

We do face that now-recurring issue of our strongest cards wanting to play at different speeds

Two mana for a 2/2 Human Wizards that lets you seek any instant or sorcery from your deck for just the price of discarding a card as long as you built your deck with twenty or more instants and/or sorceries
