best esper cards mtg Top Ten for Commander Esper Commander Review: Part 1

Contents of each starter deck: 1 starter deck of 60 cards, including 2 foil cards of the characters on the package front

Calhoun comes loaded with two abilities, Resist +1 and a neat special ability called Level Up

The only other ability of Carl & Russell is Outdoor Skills, which states that while this character is at a location, all characters at that location get an additional lore point when questing and gain Evasive

If players choose to have one of their Glimmers visit a location card, they will gain stat bonuses to the visiting glimmer, extra Lore points, or a boost to other cards in play

This means you can get the ability going as soon as Choco drops, and can hold it back to keep your card advantage engine safe
