Original Story: After being announced during a Pokmon Presents showcase back in February, pre-registrations for Pokmon Trading Card Game Pocket have now gone live on the Google Play Store and Apples App Store, suggesting a release may not be all that far away (thanks Vooks for bringing this to our attention!)
The combination of Amulet of Safekeeping, Goblin Chainwhirler, and Rampaging Ferocidon makes it pretty clear that Wizards was very worried that tokens would be very good in Standard, which makes sense considering all of the good token producers, with Anointed Procession as a payoff
Specifically, the morph creatures were designed so that if something could be turned face up and beat a 2/2 in combat, it would require you to spend at least five mana to do so
While it doesn't offer the one-turn kill potential of Marionette Master, it does stack well, and gaining some incidental life here or there helps us stay alive against the aggressive decks in the format
The Unhinged season was special because alternate art Unhinged cards were given out instead of basic lands [44] and because it partially overlapped with the Champions of Kamigawa season
