Winona #108 Pokemon Roaring Skies Keep track of your collection value over time
Many ideas and mechanics that used to be silver-border are now printed in black-bordered sets, sometimes 1-for-1 When people approach me about silver-bordered cards in Commander, the most common topics are (in no particular order) Host/Augment (and Surgeon General Commander), Acornelia, Krarks Other Thumb (and other coin flipping/dice rolling cards from Unglued), and Contraptions
What Drives OP-03 Prices No reprint : BANDAI has not reprinted OP-03 in either language
CURRENTLY: there are only two PSD files: one with every single blank available, plus a unique symbol sheet which lets you select specific type symbols which are already spaced properly for attacks, weakness/resistance, and retreat
Each theme has a small number of possible card sets on that theme, distributed on a rarity basis, such that the specific booster that a player purchases will still be a random selection
