one piece official card game Shop channel the spirit of the Straw Hat Pirate crew and feel the power of their adventures One Piece Cards Pack Bundle:

One thing I do want to call out is that out of the sets we had this year, we did have one set only that added cards to Pauper via downshifts and that was Innistrad Remastered at the beginning of the year

The collection contains the following 6 promo cards with "expanded artwork": Mickey Mouse - Brave Little Tailor (The First Chapter) Cinderella - Stouthearted (Rise Of The Floodborn) Ursula - Deceiver (Into The Inklands) Bruno Madrigal - Undetected Uncle (Ursula's Return) Vanellope Von Schweetz - Sugar Rush Princess (Shimmering Skies) Oswald - The Lucky Rabbit (Set 6 - TBA) Vanellope Von Schweetz is also a part of the Shimmering Skies set that is to be released on the same day

For example, if you control Quantum Riddler and you cast Decode Transmissions while you have no other cards in your hand, Quantum Riddler's replacement effect will apply, and you'll draw three cards instead of two

Probably worth noting that Mike Long is notorious for a history of cheating in high-stakes MTG events, so maybe Rootwater Thief was his comeuppance
