Exploring the Disney Lorcana Universe One of the most exciting aspects of Disney Lorcana is the way it brings together characters from across Disneys vast catalog, creating a universe where heroes and villains from different stories can interact in ways never before possible
The collection follows the growth and expansion of the Disney Lorcana TCG, featuring a card from each of the first six sets: The First Chapter: Mickey Mouse Brave Little Tailor Rise of the Floodborn: Cinderella Stouthearted Into the Inklands: Ursula Deceiver Ursulas Return: Bruno Madrigal Undetected Uncle Shimmering Skies: Vanellope Von Schweetz Sugar Rush Princess Winter 2024 Set Preview Card: Oswald The Lucky Rabbit The D23 Collection will also be available for purchase starting August 9, 2024, at select Disney retail locations, including: United States: Walt Disney World Resort, Disneyland Resort, Disney Store Times Square United Kingdom: Disney Store London Ireland: Disney Store Dublin France: Disneyland Paris Australia: Disney Store Pop-up Experience, Melbourne (D23 Collection available August 10-12, 2024, or while supplies last) The D23 Collection is one of many product highlights that will be offered at Ravensburger's booth during the D23 event
The crossover between two major franchises in Magic: The Gathering and Final Fantasy , however small, will also help bring new eyeballs onto Wizard's product, and the result should be an influx of interested consumers and, we hope, the door being open for further artist collaborations on alternate art cards in the future
It ported over to the UW Humans and Bant Company decks of Shadows over Innistrad Standard, and even broke into Modern for a time (back when Celestial Collonade and Vendilion Clique were the bread and butter of the deck)
The Amethyst/Steel deck, called Might and Magic, is a showcase for the expansion's new keyword, Resist, as well as the Madam Mim and Merlin package, which is all about bouncing your own characters back to your hand to amplify their effects If you're looking for the starter deck with the more universally useful cards to start building your Rise of the Floodborn collection, you'll probably want to pick up Might and Magic first, as several of its cards will likely see play in the constructed format
