If you cast a spell from among the milled cards using another permission, Locke's effect doesn't apply
Timing this one is tricky, as theres definitely some tension with when you should play it (earlier is better for the mana rock aspect, but it could lead to you answering irrelevant threats)

And sometimes you play a Dragon Fodder or Hordeling Outburst before combat, meaning it takes only a single Wild Slash for the blowout
