Costa Toscana Birillo 2021, Tenuta Marsiliana Fortified Lovely Alto Adige Chardonnay withBeautiful Tuscan red in that "mini super Tuscan" mould of Cab and Merlot, but with something so distinctively Tuscan about the flavour profiles; red and black cherry, red plum, clove and dried rosemary, with a little of the Merlot plush blue fruit adding texture and volume.
