Case was intended for a long pack of cigarettes. It measures 4 7 8" at longest setting. center strap has hook and loop closure so you can adjust the setting. Case is 2 3 8" wide and 1" deep. Bottom has a 3 4" diameter hole to push up the cigarettes or whatever you put in case. Slots will fit a belt up to 2 1 4". We have a very limited quantity of these..
